大家都知道洗沙機一般主要用于在砂石場、礦山、建材、交通、化工、水利水電、混凝土攪拌站等行業中對物料的洗選工作。但是洗沙機在工作過程中有哪些問題?

  常見的洗沙機有兩種類型:螺旋洗砂和輪式洗沙機。它能除去覆蓋砂石表面的雜質,同時破壞包覆砂粒的水汽層,以利于脫水,起到洗沙清洗作用。那么我們應該這么選擇呢?

1、如用天然石料,必須考慮與生產級配之間的平衡關系,盡量做到級配適宜,棄料少。

2、石料拌合成混凝土之后,必須通過各種運輸環節。在運輸過程中石料的分離是難以避免的。應做到即或有些分離,但不影響混凝土質量,導致不密實質量事比也就是要具有一定的抗分離能力。

3、石料粒徑選擇,還必須考慮現場施工設備的適應性。例如0.4m拌合機,只適應拌合二級配混凝土0.8 m拌和機只適應拌合三級配混凝土,1.5m以上拌合機可拌粒徑1.5mm的四級配混凝土。又如不同粒徑粗石料對振動器也有不同的要求。對特大石料來說,除了相應的監牢以外還須有較大的激攝力。

4、必須考慮在不損害工作度和節約水泥的條件下,取得大密實度的級配。

2. After the stone is mixed into concrete, it must be transported through various links. In the process of transportation, the separation of stone is inevitable. It should be done that is or some separation, but it does not affect the quality of concrete, resulting in the non dense quality to have a certain anti separation ability.
3. The selection of stone particle size must also consider the adaptability of on-site construction equipment. For example, the 0.4m mixer is only suitable for mixing the second graded concrete. The 0.8m mixer is only suitable for mixing the third graded concrete. The mixer above 1.5m can mix the fourth graded concrete with the particle size of 1.5mm. In addition, different sizes of coarse stones have different requirements for vibrators. For the extra large stone, in addition to the corresponding prison, there must be a larger exciting force.
4. It must be considered to obtain a large density grading without damaging the working degree and saving cement.
