       1.“電樞”與“磁場”接線柱接反了。三聯調節器“電樞”與“磁場”接線柱,應分別接至發電機“電樞”與“磁場”接線柱。若粗心大意把這兩根線接反了,則會因發電機的輸出電流將通過1Ω電阻構成回路,因電流過大被燒毀。

2.損壞的二極管繼續使用。當發現硅整流發電機不發電或充電電流很小時,可能是由于二極管的損壞而引起的,查清后應立即更換,如繼續使用,將會引起定子繞組一相或兩相燒毀。

3.未按季節溫度變化調整電解液。這樣會使蓄電池極板不能在比重的電解液內工作,將大大縮短其使用壽命。另外,在冬季還容易造成電解液結冰而脹壞蓄電池。

4.硅整流發電機安裝蓄電池時不注意搭鐵極性。這樣做會因二極管的導通使蓄電池短路,使硅二極管迅速燒毀。所以安裝蓄電池時必須正確分辯蓄電池的正負極樁,確認無誤后才能連接。

5. 拆掉調節器與發電機的搭鐵錢。機車電系均為單線制電路,所以不少駕駛員誤認為發電機與調節器的搭鐵連線可以省掉(利用機體作搭鐵連線)。但機體上有油污、油漆等,發電機與調節器之間存在一定電阻,使通往調節器的兩并聯線圈的電流不能隨發電機電壓的升高而增大,造成截流器白金觸點不能閉合和1Ω電阻燒毀而不充電。因此,不應拆掉調節器與發電機的搭鐵線。

3. Electrolyte is not adjusted according to seasonal temperature change. This will make the battery plate can not work in the electrolyte with the best specific gravity, and will greatly shorten its service life. In addition, it is easy to cause the electrolyte to freeze and damage the battery in winter.
4. Do not pay attention to the grounding polarity when installing the battery of silicon rectifier generator. In this way, the battery will be short circuited due to the conduction of the diode, and the silicon diode will burn down quickly. Therefore, when installing the battery, the positive and negative poles of the battery must be correctly distinguished, and the connection can only be made after confirming that they are correct.
5. Remove the grounding money between the regulator and the generator. The locomotive electrical system is single wire system, so many drivers mistakenly think that the ground connection between the generator and the regulator can be omitted (using the body as the ground connection). However, there are oil and paint on the body, and there is a certain resistance between the generator and the regulator, so that the current of the two parallel coils leading to the regulator cannot increase with the increase of the generator voltage, resulting in the closure of the platinum contact of the interceptor and the burning of the 1 Ω resistance without charging. Therefore, the grounding wire between the regulator and the generator should not be removed.
