   中華人民共和國成立前,我國幾乎不能生產類型的洗礦機,只是在中華人民共和國成立后,才有了洗礦機制造工業,并從仿制老式的、國外的破碎機開始,逐步發展到自行設計、制造各種洗礦機,到20世紀60年代已形成系列產品。20世紀70年代末到80年代初,由于引進了國外生產技術和設備,并經過消化吸收,我國也開始生產一些具有水平的洗礦機了。同時,國內生產的各種傳統的洗礦機,在結構和材質等方面也都經過了改造或更新,使設備性能有了提高,并增加了品種規格,形成了不同用途的破碎機系列,現已基本滿足了國內選礦等工業部門的需要。但是,與國外水平相比,在設備結構、品種規格和技術性能等方面仍存在一些差距。近年來,隨著我國洗礦機的進一步發展,并且與國外合作生產的洗礦機,這種差距芷在逐步縮小。

   另外,國內各制造廠生產的洗礦機,所采用的型號規格表示方式尚不夠統一,這里豐源將盡量采用較規范的統一表示方式。

   洗礦機經過100多年的實踐和不斷改進,盡管在結構上沒有什么突破性的變化,但由于它具有結構簡單、工作可靠、制作容易、維護方便、設備和生產費用較低等特點,所以直到現在仍然廣泛用于選礦、建筑材料、硅酸鹽和化學工業生產中。它在選礦工業生產中一般用來對堅硬或中硬礦石進行粗、中碎,在其他工業部門和小型礦山生產中有時也作細碎用。

   我國洗礦機的生產只有幾十年的歷史。中華人民共和國成立初期,由于機械工業基礎薄弱,以仿制中小型洗礦機為主。20世紀50年代末期,由于我國礦山和建材工業的發展需要,促進了對大型雙肘板洗礦機的設計和制造。到了20世紀70年代,我國洗礦機的生產已初具規模,規格型譜也逐漸齊全,可基本滿足國民經濟建設的需要。在20世紀80年代,由于采用新技術,使我國洗礦機的生產達到較高水平,不僅能滿足國內需要,而且開始遠銷東南亞地區。但與國外水平相比,國產洗礦機的結構及破碎腔形仍比較落后。近10多年來,隨著洗礦機的不斷革新改造,品種規格的增加,已經逐漸接近國外水平。

   目前,我國生產的應用為廣泛的洗礦機有兩種型式:動顎作簡單擺動的曲柄雙搖桿機構洗礦機——簡擺型洗礦機;動顎作復雜擺動的曲柄搖桿機構洗礦機——復擺型洗礦機。前者多半制成大型或中型,萁破碎比為3~6;后者一般制成中小型,其破碎比可達10。隨著工業技術的發展,復擺型洗礦機已向大型化發展。  

   洗礦機的工作原理:洗礦機盡管有多種結構型式,但其工作原理是相同的,即通過動顎的周期性運動來破碎物料。在動顎繞懸掛心軸向固定顎擺動的過程中,位于兩顎板之間的物料便受到壓碎、劈裂和彎曲等綜合作用。開始時,壓力較小,使物料的體積縮小,物料之間互相靠近、擠緊;當壓力上升到超過物料所能承受的強度時,即發生破碎。反之,當動顎離開固定顎向廂反方向擺動時,物料則靠自重向下運動。動顎的每一個周期性運動就使物料受到一次壓碎作用,并向下排送一段距離。經若干個周期后,被破碎的物料便從排料口排出機外。

However, compared with the advanced level of foreign countries, there are still some gaps in equipment structure, specifications and technical performance. In recent years, with the further development of China's washing machine and the cooperation with foreign countries to produce advanced washing machines, the gap is gradually narrowing.
In addition, the models and specifications of the washing machines produced by domestic manufacturers are not uniform enough. Fengyuan will try to adopt a more standardized and unified representation.
After more than 100 years of practice and continuous improvement, although there is no breakthrough in the structure of the washing machine, it is still widely used in mineral processing, building materials, silicate and chemical industry production until now because of its simple structure, reliable work, easy production, convenient maintenance, low equipment and production costs. It is generally used for coarse and medium crushing of hard or medium hard ores in the industrial production of mineral processing, and sometimes for fine crushing in other industrial departments and small-scale mine production.
The production of washing machines in China has only a history of several decades. In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, due to the weak foundation of the machinery industry, it mainly imitated small and medium-sized washing machines. In the late 1950s, due to the development of China's mining and building materials industry, it promoted the design and manufacture of large-scale double elbow plate washing machine. By the 1970s, the production of washing machines in China had begun to take shape, and the specifications were gradually complete, which could basically meet the needs of national economic construction. In the 1980s, due to the adoption of new technologies, the production of washing machines in China reached a high level, which not only met the domestic needs, but also began to be exported to Southeast Asia. However, compared with foreign advanced level, the structure and crushing cavity shape of domestic ore washing machine are still relatively backward. In the past 10 years, with the continuous innovation and transformation of the washing machine and the increase of varieties and specifications, it has gradually approached the advanced level of foreign countries.
At present, there are two types of ore washing machines which are widely used in our country: the crank double rocker mechanism ore washing machine with movable jaw as simple swing - simple swing type ore washing machine; the crank rocker mechanism ore washing machine with movable jaw as complex swing - compound swing type ore washing machine. The former is mostly made into large or medium-sized ones, with a crushing ratio of 3-6; the latter is generally made into small and medium-sized ones, with a crushing ratio of up to 10. With the development of industrial technology, the double pendulum washing machine has been developed to large scale.
Working principle of ore washing machine: Although there are many types of structure of ore washing machine, its working principle is the same, that is, through the periodic movement of moving jaw to break materials. When the moving jaw swings around the suspension spindle to the fixed jaw, the materials between the two jaws are crushed, split and bent. At the beginning, when the pressure is small, the volume of the material is reduced, and the materials are close to each other and squeezed tightly; when the pressure rises to more than the strength that the material can bear, crushing occurs. On the contrary, when the moving jaw swings away from the fixed jaw to the opposite direction of the chamber, the material moves downward by its own weight. Each periodic movement of the moving jaw causes the material to be crushed once and to be discharged downward for a certain distance. After several cycles, the crushed materials will be discharged from the discharge outlet.
